• Project data: the projects, curves, schedules, labor figures, and related content you create in the Service.

4. Cookies and Sessions

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, and the Service does not display ads.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. Projects you delete are moved to a recoverable trash and may be permanently removed thereafter. Free-plan projects that pass their trial period are retained but become inaccessible unless you upgrade. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Choices and Rights

You may review and update certain account information in your profile settings. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
